马德兴写道：“巴林这边的保安太XX，因为替补席有人数规定，国足其他工作人员包括队医只能上看台。李磊受伤下场，正常情况下，国足上看台的队医进休息室去属于再正常不过的事情，但这边的球场保安就是不让！李磊不得不自己进更衣室！吵了半天，直至巴林足协的人过来，让保安放人，才让队医进更衣室！”
